Lead Dynamics CRM Consultant responsible for solution delivery, design, and maintenance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain CRM applications using D365 CE customizations.
• Perform ongoing application maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Implement plugins, workflows, and API integrations.
• Build and maintain CRM Portal components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in D365 CE customizations and Power Platform Solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing Plugins, Workflows, and API Integrations.
• Experience with CRM Portal Development.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and solution design.
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise CRM implementations.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.
