Description

You will develop and maintain complex solutions within the Dynamics CRM ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle from custom development to deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Model-driven apps and UCI experiences using Client API and JavaScript customizations.
• Implement security models including security roles, business units, and teams.
• Build and deploy PCF Controls, Plugins, Custom Actions, and Custom APIs.
• Manage solution lifecycles and component deployment using managed solutions.
• Monitor system performance and telemetry using Azure Application Insights.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of technical experience with Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on expertise with Dynamics Web API and JSON-based data.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for form customizations.
• Experience with Solution Management and component deployment.
• Knowledge of Source Code Management practices.
• Experience using Azure for performance and telemetry monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and recommending technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Case Management, Unified Routing, and Skill-Based Routing.
• Familiarity with Customer Service Workspace, Omnichannel, and RealTime Marketing.
