Description

You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of CRM solutions, translating business requirements into well-architected technical designs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of CRM projects including development, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define solution roadmaps and integrate new projects.
• Conduct discovery meetings to lead data-centric discussions and define implementation plans.
• Provide continuous training to business users to ensure alignment with established processes.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8+ years of Microsoft 365 CRM consulting experience or comparable enterprise CRM experience.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, SQL Reporting Services, and Tibco Cloud Connect.
• 5+ years of experience developing application architecture roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Experience developing business process diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong ability to perform effort estimations and development planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and SmartConnect.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a Field Service business or environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
