Description

You will own the technical delivery of Dynamics CRM solutions from design through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Develop and maintain Plugins (C#, .NET), custom workflows, and actions.
• Design solutions and execute customer demos and pre-sales activities.
• Create and maintain documentation for implemented solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guide implementation projects from scratch.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience as a CRM Technical Consultant.
• Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
• Expertise in Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, C#, and .NET.
• Experience developing Model-Driven & Canvas Apps.
• Familiarity with AI and Copilot concepts.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
