Description

You will develop and manage the Dynamics 365 CRM Service module, focusing on agent and customer perspectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Service module within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Implement changes and updates to the data model.
• Create and integrate CRM workflows, including USD/CSW and Sales components.
• Manage solution security and interaction integrations.
• Maintain and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in development and technical configuration of Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics Service and USD/CSW modules.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Power Apps.
• Experience handling migrations, Web Services, and XML.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Experience in development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics 365 CRM certification.
