Description

You will develop and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet member and internal service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on design feasibility for user stories and define system requirements across presentation and backend layers.
• Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine data support capabilities and identify necessary modifications.
• Define data formats and mapping for interfaces between integrated systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and testers within an Agile environment to define MVPs and prioritize features.
• Perform application testing, conduct root cause analysis using logs and database information, and participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Mentor less experienced peers and advocate for maintainable, efficient, and extensible system solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development and administration.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Experience with XML and JSON data structures.
• Working knowledge of APIs and system-to-system integrations.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture, configuration management, and error handling.
• Experience with case management implementation via CRM.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps integration.
• Understanding of Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Familiarity with native mobile applications and cloud-native microservices.
