Description

You will design, develop, and support Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 solutions. You will build workflows, automations, and integrations across enterprise systems using the Power Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Dynamics CRM/365 CE solutions, including entities, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
• Develop plugins and custom workflows using C#, .NET, and JavaScript to extend platform functionality.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and customer engagement logic within Dynamics CRM.
• Create Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Integrate CRM systems with ERP and marketing platforms via APIs, web services, and Azure services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for plugin and workflow development.
• Expertise in Power Platform tools, specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Understanding of CRM architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and data integrity.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes for CRM deployments and version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions in an enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer journey orchestration and campaign analytics tools.
• Exposure to marketing automation initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
