Description

You will design, develop, and implement CRM solutions and architectures for Dynamics 365.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute Salesforce to D365 migration projects.
• Integrate D365 with external systems using web services and APIs.
• Configure Business Process Flows, workflows, forms, and views.
• Manage CRM administration including Business Units, Security Groups, Teams, and Console Jobs.
• Develop web resources and custom plugins within the Dynamics environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and configuration.
• 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• 7+ years of experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• 7+ years of experience with reporting architecture, SSRS, and/or Power BI.
• 7+ years of experience with data modeling and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Proficiency with XRMToolBox, Ribbon Workbench, and REST Builder.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with WCF Functions and web resource capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing solution architecture and web applications.
