Description

You will lead multiple implementation and support project streams for Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project streams covering Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation and support.
• Liaise with onsite CSMs and customer contacts to provide delivery assurance.
• Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical demos, estimations, and resource planning.
• Plan and track project deliverables while providing accurate status reports.
• Mentor the team and provide functional and technical leadership to drive scaling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Strong functional knowledge of D365 CRM/CE modules including Sales, Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
• Technical proficiency in D365 CRM/CE environments.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps.
• Proficiency using ADO, JIRA, or Asana for project tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
