Description

You will design and develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, handling everything from architectural design to hands-on coding and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect D365 CE applications with a focus on Customer Service and Field Service modules.
• Write custom code for D365 using plugins, custom pages, and Azure Web Apps.
• Guide customers on technical approaches for planned field service enhancements.
• Lead multi-phase, multi-resource projects through the entire lifecycle to conclusion.
• Assess the feasibility of migrating customer solutions and integrating with third-party Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical architectures, documentation, and frameworks for Dynamics implementations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE), specifically using Customer Service and Field Service.
• Mandatory experience with RSO.
• 5+ years of deep field service domain experience implementing large engagements on D365 Field Service.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business applications implementation and architectural design.
• Proficiency in D365 custom development using C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate flows, Azure Web Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Experience with enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong technical and verbal communication skills for customer handling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Connected Field Service and CoPilot.
