Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. • Lead solution architecture, technical design, customization, configuration, and implementation. • Define CRM architecture, integration patterns, data models, security, and deployment strategies. • Provide technical leadership to Dynamics CRM developers, consultants, and implementation teams. • Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, middleware, and integration platforms. • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Develop architecture standards, technical documentation, design specifications, and best practices. • Oversee CRM customization using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, Dataverse, and custom APIs. • Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, availability, and maintainability. • Support Power Platform solutions involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Participate in technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. • Lead Dynamics 365 upgrades, migrations, environment strategy, and release management. • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, source control, automated deployments, and environment management. Required Skills • 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE. • Strong hands-on experience with: o Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules) o Dataverse o Power Apps o Power Automate o Plugins and Custom APIs o JavaScript / TypeScript o .NET / C# o REST / SOAP APIs • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, security roles, business units, and solution management. • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations. • Experience designing enterprise-level integrations and distributed solutions. • Strong knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Dynamics 365 deployment strategies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
