Description

You will lead the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Case Management solutions, managing end-to-end delivery for large-scale MSCRM projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end MSCRM implementations, including multi-site setup and deployment.
• Collaborate with software architects and business analysts to customize the CRM system for specific business requirements.
• Integrate existing services and systems into the CRM architecture using defined APIs and protocols.
• Manage deployment, provisioning, and installation activities within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive development and release cycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience with 5-6 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead on end-to-end MSCRM projects.
• Strong proficiency in .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query, and HTML5.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and Scribe.
• Demonstrable experience in MSCRM architecture, design, installation, and multi-site deployment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model.
