Description

You will lead the technical delivery and development of on-premise Dynamics CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CRM consultants while managing the development team to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and develop Dynamics CRM extensions, including plugins, custom workflow activities, and business process flows.
• Architect integration solutions and applications involving various systems and REST APIs.
• Coordinate with solution architects, functional consultants, and project managers to align technical designs with operational objectives.
• Manage solution deployment and movement across environments using DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Version 2016 or higher).
• Deep understanding of on-premise Dynamics CRM architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CRM Platform and SDK, including Web API and Organization Service.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Expertise in designing Business Units, Security Roles, Teams, and entity relationships.
• Experience with REST API and integration workflows.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools such as VSTS or TFS for source code and task management.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within the banking sector.
