Lead the design and development of customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM components.
• Design, code, and unit test custom applications and platform extensions.
• Build, modify, and troubleshoot existing applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business processes to build effective technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Expertise in D365 CE Customer Service and Field Service.
• Proficiency in D365 custom development using C#.
• Experience with Power Automate Flows.
• Experience building and deploying Azure Web Apps.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
