Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Build customizations, integrations, and business logic for CRM applications.
• Develop Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Implement and maintain Dynamics plugins and server-side components.
• Work with Dataverse data models and configure scalable CRM solutions.
• Support development, deployment, and release activities using Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Implement AI-assisted capabilities using Microsoft Copilot features.

Experience Required:

• 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Strong experience with Azure and .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, and integrations.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
