Description

You will lead complex, cross-functional software engineering projects from inception to completion, owning the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects through the entire SDLC, defining and implementing technical processes for on-prem and cloud architecture, PaaS, and build automation.
• Maintain and optimize the existing CRM software suite to improve system quality and performance.
• Synthesize business requirements into technical solutions for stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Provide production support on an as-needed basis to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing in C#.
• 10+ years of experience developing in JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise CRM Systems such as Dynamics 365 or SugarCRM.
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Deep understanding of internal systems and their integrations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile-based development using SAFe or similar methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Developing plugins, actions, and assemblies for D365 using Microsoft CRM SDK.
• Azure Cloud experience including App Services, App Registrations, Key Vaults, Function Apps, and Service Bus.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, and using XRMToolKit or XRMToolBox.
