You will design, configure, and implement Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, and testing for Power Platform solutions.
- Develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
- Troubleshoot and remediate technical Dynamics 365 issues, documenting solutions for system administrators.
- Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate platform capabilities and business solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison between IT and business units for issue tracking and resolution.
- Define and refine governance approaches and best practices for platform usage.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
- 8+ years of experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
- 8+ years of experience customizing D365 via Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs.
- 5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
- 4+ years of experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and using standard/premium connectors in PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Proficiency with SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
- 5+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory.
