Description

You will design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical Dynamics 365 issues, documenting solutions for system administrators.
• Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate how Power Platform features meet business needs.
• Act as a technical liaison between IT and business units for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 development and configuration.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically the Customer Service module.
• Proficiency in C#.net and JavaScript.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with SQL and Azure.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, specifically Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
• Knowledge of Power Pages.
