Description

You will lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile capabilities.
• Integrate Field Service modules with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Customize forms, views, workflows, and system integrations to meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation troubleshooting and support.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Deep proficiency in resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile field service capabilities.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Field Service integrations with Finance and SCM.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Experience with Dynamics 2010, 2013, 2015, and Online versions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Dynamics 365 Field Service modules integrated with D365 Finance and SCM.
