Description

You will provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics GP, manage internal user requests, and maintain system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics GP and troubleshoot applications to meet business requirements.
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Dynamics GP and third-party software solutions.
• Utilize SmartConnect, SSIS, and eConnect to build and maintain data flows.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience working specifically with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• At least 8 years of overall professional IT experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SmartConnect, SSIS, and eConnect.
• Proficiency in SQL Server for database management and queries.
• Techno-functional support experience for Dynamics GP.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSRS and Power BI for reporting.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM.
