Description

You will own the D365 F&O finance application lifecycle, managing everything from initial requirements and documentation to execution and support.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance module support for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, consolidation, and project management accounting.
• Lead finance project phases by preparing charters, budgets, solution outlines, process flowcharts, and training documentation.
• Build and operate a GxP ERP validation approach in collaboration with Security, Cloud Operations, and Quality teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for end users while tracking and documenting CAPAs to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with third-party system integrators to ensure successful D365 implementation and resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a functional role building and launching ERP on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience with at least one cradle-to-grave D365 implementation.
• Deep functional knowledge of supporting Dynamics 365 within a GxP environment, including platform qualification.
• Strong expertise in D365 financial dimensions, chart of accounts, user roles, SOD conflicts, and currency conversions.
• Hands-on experience with P2P and O2C processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Tableau, Finance Report Writer, and Power BI.
• Experience managing support incidents using ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Ability to support test automation development in RSAT regression suites.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior-level decision makers.

Preferred Skills

• Past experience as a D365 functional consultant or in mission-critical D365 support roles.
• Operational knowledge from a biopharmaceutical manufacturing ERP environment.
• Knowledge of Coupe, Adaptive, and Master Data Management.
