Description

You will act as the system owner for D365 F&O finance applications, managing the lifecycle from requirements gathering through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the Microsoft Dynamics finance modules, including AR, AP, GL, fixed assets, consolidation, and project management accounting.
• Lead finance project phases by preparing charters, budgets, solution outlines, process flowcharts, and training documentation.
• Build and operate a GxP ERP validation approach in collaboration with Security, Cloud Operations, and Digital Quality.
• Troubleshoot and fix system issues for end users while tracking and documenting CAPAs to meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with third-party system integrators to support D365 implementations and functional resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a functional role building and launching Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience with at least one cradle-to-grave ERP implementation on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep functional knowledge of supporting Dynamics 365 within a GxP environment and platform qualification.
• Expertise in financial dimensions, chart of accounts, user roles, SOD conflicts, and currency conversions.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting including trial balance, balance sheets, P&L, and invoice aging.
• Experience managing support incidents using ServiceNow or similar applications.
• Ability to maintain documentation for business processes and cross-functional impacts like cash, payments, and master data.
• Experience supporting test automation in regression suites (RSAT).
• Professional communication skills for presenting to senior-level decision makers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Tableau, Finance Report Writer, or Power BI.
