Description

You will manage and optimize Dynatrace environments to ensure application performance and monitoring stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace Managed or SaaS environments.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace agents and ActiveGates.
• Perform software upgrades and migrate environments between Managed and SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Create dashboards, custom metrics, alerts, and reports to identify performance trends.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations or monitoring roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace Managed and SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of agent deployment and ActiveGate management.
• Experience troubleshooting application performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to build custom dashboards, views, and alerting logic.
• Proven track record of migrating monitoring environments.
• Experience integrating APM tools with third-party ecosystems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to document configurations for third-party integrations.
