Description

Administer the Dynatrace monitoring platform and on-premise infrastructure, including ActiveGates. Own the health and configuration of the monitoring tool.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Dynatrace agents and resolve agent-related issues with technical teams.
• Build dashboards and provide technical direction to application teams.
• Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools and manage vendor engagement for troubleshooting.
• Diagnose system issues by configuring and utilizing Dynatrace capabilities.
• Coordinate data gathering and reporting with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in monitoring tool administration.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing on-premise infrastructure such as ActiveGates.
• Knowledge of end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, and content publishing/deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS.
• Experience using Jira or similar change management tools.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with global teams.
