Description

You will manage enterprise observability and application performance monitoring (APM) infrastructure for complex technology stacks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full Dynatrace stack, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, and SaaS/Managed environments.
• Implement tagging, naming conventions, alerting rules, and anomaly detection configurations.
• Design custom dashboards, service-level objectives (SLOs), and synthetic monitoring.
• Integrate Dynatrace with third-party systems, cloud providers, and CI/CD tools.
• Develop automation scripts and runbooks for deployment and configuration using APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and configuration.
• Expertise in observability concepts including APM, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, and synthetic testing.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Ability to use Dynatrace APIs for advanced configuration and automation.
