• Dynatrace SaaS Administration • Dynatrace OneAgent Deployment & Management • Dynatrace Tagging & Management Zones • Dynatrace Workflows & Automation • Dynatrace APIs • Alert Configuration & Event Management • ITSM Integration (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira) • CMDB and Asset Management Integration • Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Kubernetes / OpenShift Monitoring • Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash • REST APIs and JSON • 6-10+ years in Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability. • 4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace administration experience. • Proven experience implementing tagging governance and ownership-based monitoring. • Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms. • Strong stakeholder management and enterprise support experience
