Description

You will manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Dynatrace platform to monitor enterprise application health and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage the Dynatrace platform across all environments.
• Monitor applications, microservices, and infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time and historical metrics.
• Troubleshoot performance issues using AI-driven insights and support incident management root cause analysis.
• Perform regular health checks, updates, and maintenance on the Dynatrace infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Experience installing and configuring Dynatrace platforms.
• Proficiency in monitoring microservices and infrastructure performance.
• Ability to use AI-driven insights for proactive troubleshooting.
• Experience developing performance dashboards and alerting systems.
• Background in supporting incident management through root cause analysis.
• Ability to mentor internal teams on Dynatrace best practices and optimization.
