Description

You will implement and manage Dynatrace solutions for infrastructure, synthetic, and real user monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dynatrace solutions across Infrastructure, Synthetic Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident management and workflow automation.
• Utilize Dynatrace Davis AI to optimize performance monitoring and implement predictive analytics.
• Develop and manage Dynatrace Service Reliability Goals and workflows within deployment pipelines.
• Create and maintain business-centric dashboards using the Dynatrace WCCS framework for observability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynatrace consultancy and SRE practices.
• Extensive experience in full orchestration across monitoring phases.
• Expertise with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Cloud Computing.
• Experience with Database Management and Incident Management processes.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Observability patterns.
• Experience integrating Microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with workflow automation principles.
