Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop Dynatrace monitoring for applications and services to improve observability.
• Implement APM use cases in Dynatrace to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and support root-cause analysis.
• Design and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and alerting logic to reduce time-to-detection.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate monitoring coverage and ensure accurate telemetry.
• Troubleshoot monitoring issues and tune Dynatrace settings to improve signal quality and reduce noise.

Skills Required:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Dynatrace (hands-on configuration and development)
• APM concepts and application performance monitoring using Dynatrace
• Monitoring and alerting practices to support reliability and incident response
• Experience working with monitoring tools and production observability workflows

Good to Have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
