Description

You will deploy, configure, and manage the Dynatrace monitoring stack, ensuring visibility across cloud and on-premise infrastructure. This role covers the full lifecycle of observability, from agent deployment to alert configuration and performance tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage OneAgent and ActiveGate instances across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.
• Configure Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, dashboards, and alerting policies.
• Perform root cause analysis and application performance tuning using Davis AI.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Splunk for streamlined operations.
• Support cloud infrastructure monitoring on AWS and Azure.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on Dynatrace administration and monitoring expertise.
• Proficiency with OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI, and RUM.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow, Jira, or Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes monitoring and observability patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline integration for monitoring.
