Description

You will lead technical implementations and manage client engagements for Dynatrace observability solutions.

You will lead and mentor a team of 3–4 Dynatrace engineers. Own end-to-end Dynatrace implementations, including RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and User Journey Mapping. Manage agent installation and configuration across Linux, Windows, and AWS environments. Drive technical and functional requirement gathering through direct client communication. Deliver API-based integrations, business analytics, and RCA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynatrace Managed deployments and implementations.
• Manage agent installation and configuration across Linux, Windows, and AWS.
• Drive requirement gathering and manage client expectations through direct communication.
• Deliver API-based integrations, business analytics, and root cause analysis reporting.
• Mentor and guide a team of 3–4 engineers.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace Managed deployments.
• Proven experience leading implementation projects and managing client engagements.
• Deep understanding of observability practices and performance monitoring.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, EC2, ECS, EKS.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work from the CSB Turbhe office daily.
• Willingness to travel as required.
