Description

You will configure and optimize Dynatrace APM solutions across different environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Dynatrace APM solutions across various environments.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performance.
• Proactively identify and resolve application performance issues with cross-functional teams.
• Automate monitoring and operational tasks to reduce manual effort.
• Support Dynatrace migration from Managed to SaaS and integrate with DevOps tools.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Incident Management or Operations Support.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and APM tools.
• Strong programming skills, specifically Python.
• Familiarity with cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Experience developing dashboards, setting alerts, and monitoring thresholds.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and version control systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Jenkins.
