Description

You will manage and optimize the Dynatrace monitoring environment to improve application performance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and onboard Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring to track user interactions and simulate journeys.
• Collaborate with application teams to map services, processes, and dependencies for comprehensive visibility.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow to automate incident and change management workflows.
• Propose environment enhancements to optimize monitoring efficiency, coverage, and scalability.
• Train application support teams on root cause analysis, dashboard navigation, and proactive monitoring best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application performance monitoring.
• Hands-on expertise implementing and configuring Dynatrace.
• Experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM) for web and mobile applications.
• Experience configuring Synthetic Monitoring to detect performance issues.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for workflow integration.
• Ability to map application components and manage entity tagging/grouping.
• Experience developing technical documentation and training materials.
