Description

You will manage observability and application performance monitoring using Dynatrace across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent across diverse environments.
• Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet operational and business needs.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams to define KPIs and SLOs.
• Analyze performance data to detect anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis during incident response.
• Automate monitoring processes and integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, and CI/CD tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Dynatrace.
• Experience monitoring cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Understanding of microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of networking, databases, web servers, and infrastructure components.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools including Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with integration tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
