Description

You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of observability solutions across multi-cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions across AWS, GCP, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Configure performance monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and synthetic monitoring for applications.
• Develop and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and custom metrics using Golden Signals to improve reliability.
• Manage alerting profiles and intelligent notifications integrated with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, and Slack.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using Dynatrace and Splunk to drive incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation.
• Proficiency in Splunk Core for log analysis, dashboard creation, and observability reports.
• Experience monitoring containerized environments including Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (CloudWatch, X-Ray) and GCP (Cloud Operations Suite).
• Automation experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of multi-tier application development and web infrastructure monitoring.
• Ability to define meaningful metrics and identify critical points in application workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Dynatrace Associate or Professional certification.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or New Relic.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
