Description

You will own the implementation and management of observability platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage monitoring platforms including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk.
• Build full-stack observability across applications, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, health checks, and SLOs to improve reliability and performance.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize systems.
• Proactively detect system issues, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AppDynamics APM.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Splunk (logs, dashboards, alerts, analysis).
• Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with cloud observability concepts.
• Ability to perform hands-on keyboard work across tools, operating systems, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization skills.
