Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of Dynatrace deployments to ensure successful adoption across the software application lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and support Dynatrace environments and architecture.
• Create and manage management zones and network zones.
• Configure and troubleshoot OneAgent and ActiveGates, including Extensions.
• Provide real-time analytics to help platform owners proactively avoid performance issues.
• Present performance data through charts and dashboards to assess platform owner needs.

Required Skills

• Dynatrace Professional Implementation Certification.
• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting involving performance data analysis.
• Expertise in deploying and supporting Dynatrace environments.
• Hands-on experience with Grail and log management.
• Deep knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in OneAgent and ActiveGates deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Extensions for OneAgent and ActiveGates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation/scripting for monitoring solutions.
