Description

You will engineer and maintain application observability using the Dynatrace platform across cloud and on-premise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Analyze metrics, logs, and traces to identify performance bottlenecks and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop automation scripts and integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines.
• Engineer event management rules and configure monitoring frameworks for efficient alerting.
• Provide break/fix support, handle incident escalation, and perform scheduled maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Deep experience with the Dynatrace platform, including APM and Observability features.
• Proficiency with container orchestration using Kubernetes and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strong scripting ability using Python and Bash.
• Practical experience implementing DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
