• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace.
• Configure and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Synthetic Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Utilize Davis AI for automated anomaly detection, problem correlation, root cause analysis, and predictive insights.
• Leverage Dynatrace Intelligence capabilities to improve operational efficiency and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
• Develop observability dashboards, alerts, reports, and service-level monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, cloud services, and user experience across distributed environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
• Implement monitoring strategies for containerized and cloud-native environments.
• Create automation workflows for incident detection, remediation, and escalation.
• Support performance testing, capacity planning, and application optimization initiatives.
• Develop best practices for observability, monitoring governance, and operational excellence.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and collaboration platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, and Microsoft Teams
