Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of Dynatrace initiatives, including SaaS migration, onboarding, and upgrades.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports for observability initiatives.
• Coordinate with SRE, application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure alignment on monitoring coverage.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery against SLAs.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership, translating technical updates into business insights.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management for observability or Dynatrace initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Dynatrace platform, including APM, onboarding, and migration processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management, risk (RAID) tracking, and cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, production support, and application environments.
