Description

You will lead the technical development, ideation, and launch of new infrastructure products within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and launch of new infrastructure products for assigned product lines.
• Develop infrastructure architecture roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Build consensus on product design and priorities with IT portfolio and DevOps stakeholders.
• Assist in developing product business cases aligned with long-term architecture and customer demand.
• Interface with management to assist with strategy, roadmaps, and functional expansions of tool platforms.

Required Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare domain or working within a healthcare company.
• Background in Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Automation.
• Knowledge of Predictive Analytics and ITILv3 solutions for Operations Management.
• Experience with Platform Services including Server, OS, Virtualization, Container technologies, and SDDC.
• Experience with Advanced Integration using Web Servers such as Apache or IIS.
• Experience with DBMS and Analytics tools including DB/2, SQLServer, Oracle, Teradata, or Hadoop.
• Experience with Workforce Devices, including Mobile devices and Desktop as a Service/VDI.
• Experience with Call Center Technologies such as IVR, ACD, CTI, and Call Routing.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex technical concepts and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Connected Workforce technologies including O365 and Lotus Notes.
