Description

Manage application and infrastructure observability across the organizational ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and administer observability dashboards in Dynatrace and Splunk to provide end-to-end platform health insights.
• Onboard new data sources into Dynatrace, analyzing data for parsing and fulfilling stakeholder requirements.
• Develop SLOs, SLIs, KPIs, and custom alerts with specific thresholds, escalations, and notifications.
• Perform gap analysis to reduce false-positive and non-actionable alerting.
• Consult with infrastructure and application teams on APM capabilities and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in monitoring or observability roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and APM tools.
• Proficiency in Dynatrace components including Digital Experience, OneAgent, Extensions, Business Analytics, and Davis AI.
• Working knowledge of Dynatrace concepts such as SLOs, tagging, anomaly detection, and management zones.
• Experience gathering and organizing large datasets for enterprise monitoring instrumentation.
• Ability to design and integrate improvements for health and status solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynatrace SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Cribl.
