Description

Lead the design and implementation of full-stack observability solutions using Dynatrace as the primary platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and intelligent alerting.
• Build advanced dashboards and integrate Dynatrace with event management systems for proactive incident prevention and root cause analysis.
• Develop and evolve SRE best practices, runbooks, and tooling to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Implement data-driven operational strategies to improve decision-making and reduce MTTR.
• Drive automation initiatives across all operational processes and monitor system capacity and health indicators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynatrace for APM and infrastructure monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Bamboo, and U-Deploy.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Strong developer background with ability to understand application layers and infrastructure interactions.
• Experience defining standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, and system documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud-native tooling.
• Familiarity with ThousandEyes.
• Knowledge of UML for system documentation.
