Description

You will own the design, deployment, and management of the Dynatrace platform to monitor applications, services, and cloud resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Dynatrace monitoring strategies, including custom metrics, SLOs/SLIs, synthetic tests, and distributed tracing.
• Develop custom dashboards, anomaly detection rules, and service flow visualizations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira, as well as CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze telemetry data to identify performance bottlenecks, availability risks, and system anomalies.
• Implement cloud-native monitoring within AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed) as a primary monitoring platform.
• Expertise in deploying and managing Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, RUF, and Synthetic Monitoring.
• Deep understanding of observability pillars: metrics, logs, and traces.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency with containerized workloads using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Strong automation skills using Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and ITSM/incident management tool integration.
