Description

You will design observability strategies and manage system reliability using Dynatrace.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability strategies using Dynatrace to monitor application performance, infrastructure, and user experience.
• Set up real-time monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection for proactive incident management.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize applications, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems to drive long-term reliability improvements.
• Define and track Service Level Indicators (SLI/SLA).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), performance monitoring, or infrastructure reliability.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace setup, configuration, dashboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Strong knowledge of APM, log management, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with incident response and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Exposure to AIOps, machine learning-driven monitoring, or chaos engineering.
