Description

You will implement and configure Dynatrace APM solutions to monitor application performance across various environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application health.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to optimize applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues by coordinating with cross-functional IT teams.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and workflows where possible to improve deployment efficiency.
• Evaluate technology effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, and research to recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience specifically with Dynatrace APM tools.
• Experience developing custom Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Proficiency in managing and modifying user permissions via management zones.
• Ability to measure, analyze, and report on license consumption for new and existing configurations.
• Experience with CI/CD, Tomcat, Weblogic, AWS, Core Java, and Unit Testing.
• Proven ability to extrapolate data from monitoring tools and present findings to non-technical leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Skills

• Dynatrace certification.
• Dynatrace Runtime Application Protection.
