Description

Manage daily operations across e-commerce marketplaces including Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, catalogue uploads, and content updates on Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.
• Update discounts, pricing, promotional offers, and campaign setups based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with marketplace category managers for daily operations, campaign approvals, and escalations.
• Track and reconcile orders, returns, payments, and commissions charged by marketplaces.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, returns, and performance analytics using Excel.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace handling.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Working knowledge of online selling platforms and marketplace dashboards (e.g., Myntra Partner Portal).
• Experience managing listings on Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional major Indian e-commerce platforms beyond Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.
