Manage e-commerce sales, returns, and account operations across multiple web platforms while driving performance through data analysis and marketing strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, returns, and account data to optimize platform performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research on pricing and apparel trends to guide new collections.
• Manage inventory through merchandising and stock fulfillment processes.
• Prepare and upload product data to websites using MS Excel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in e-commerce or related fields.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data preparation and analysis.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and campaign execution.
• Experience with Account Management across multiple web platforms.
• Design proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Commerce, Arts, or Fashion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 6-12 months of specific e-commerce operational experience.
