Description

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs in e-commerce and retail domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing issues.
• Run scrum ceremonies and facilitate communication among project teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Work with the E-commerce manager to manage backlogs and facilitate story creation.
• Track and report performance metrics, including milestones, budget expenditures, and resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years leading IT program delivery.
• Proven experience managing at least 2 to 3 e-commerce projects.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of the E-commerce and Retail domains.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, including building and maintaining Scrum boards and dashboards.
• Experience working with Kanban boards.
• Strong ability to manage project resources and staff allocation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for project planning and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
