Description

You will design and build interactive, content-rich learning solutions with intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces. You own the development of self-paced, stand-alone eLearning training modules using commercial course authoring tools. You implement, test, and maintain these solutions to optimize student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-paced, stand-alone eLearning training modules using commercial course authoring tools.
• Implement, test, and maintain eLearning solutions to optimize student learning outcomes.
• Consult with instructional designers on the planning and development of digital learning content.
• Incorporate media components including videos, images, animations, and interactive elements into products.
• Assist in implementing and managing eLearning courses within learning management systems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of eLearning course development experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
• Experience configuring, importing, and exporting SCORM packages.
• Digital video and audio editing experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition.
• Proficiency with web design tools including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing courses within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience working closely with subject matter experts to develop content.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for professional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Background in web production, graphic design, animation, or fine arts.
